Descrição
Abertas em 6 de outubro, as inscrições para o Programa de Atração de Filmagens à Cidade de São Paulo - Cash Rebate foram um sucesso. E diante da potencial possibilidade de esgotamento dos recursos previstos no Edital Nº 07/2021/SPCINE, suspenderemos as inscrições até que sejam feitas as avaliações de todos os projetos inscritos. Na hipótese de que as contratações não se concretizem, as inscrições serão reabertas.The registrations for the City of São Paulo Film Attraction Program, which opened on October 6th, were a success. And given the potential possibility of exhaustion of resources provided for in Notice No. 07/2021/SPCINE, applications are suspended until the evaluations of all registered projects are carried out. In the event that the contracts are not materialized, registrations will be reopened.

Prefeitura poderá neutralizar os gases de efeito estufa gerados pela produção
Módulo 1 - PRODUÇÕES INTERNACIONAIS FILMADAS EM SÃO PAULO
- Cash Rebate de 20% a 30%
- Longas (ficção ou animação) e séries (ficção ou animação ou reality shows com temáticas vinculada a economia criativa com no mínimo 150 min)
- Gasto mínimo de R$2 milhões em São Paulo
- Prazo de entrega: 24 meses (36 meses para animação)
- Pagamento em 3 parcelas, incluindo adiantamento, ou parcela única.
Módulo 2 - PRODUÇÕES BRASILEIRAS FILMADAS EM SÃO PAULO COM GRANDE POTENCIAL INTERNACIONAL
- Cash Rebate de 20% a 30%
- Longas (ficção ou animação) e séries (ficção ou animação ou reality shows com temáticas vinculada a economia criativa com no mínimo 150 min)
- Gasto mínimo de R$ 1 milhão em São Paulo
- Prazo de entrega: 24 meses (36 meses para animação)
- Pagamentos em 3 parcelas, incluindo adiantamento, ou parcela única.
Módulo 3 - CAMPANHAS PUBLICITÁRIAS ESTRANGEIRAS FILMADAS EM SÃO PAULO
- Cash Rebate de 20% a 30%
- Publicidades
- Gasto mínimo de R$ 2 milhões em São Paulo
- Prazo de entrega: até 6 meses
- Pagamento: Parcela única após exibição da obra
Módulo 4 - PRODUÇÕES INTERNACIONAIS COM ROTEIROS QUE INCLUAM SÃO PAULO NA NARRATIVA E/OU PERSONAGEM PAULISTANO
- Prêmio de valor fixo no valor de R$ 500.000,00
- Longas (ficção ou animação) e séries (ficção ou animação ou reality shows com temáticas vinculada a economia criativa com no mínimo 150 min)
- Não é necessário filmar em São Paulo
- Prazo de entrega: até 36 meses
- Pagamento: Parcela única após exibição da obra
Módulo 5 - PROSPECÇÃO de locação para representantes de PRODUTORA ESTRANGEIRA que pretendem filmar em São Paulo
- Apoio Financeiro para gastos com viagem para São Paulo, valor fixo de R$ 15 mil
- Longas (ficção ou animação) e séries (ficção ou animação ou reality shows com temáticas vinculada a economia criativa com no mínimo 150 min)
- Prazo de entrega: até 3 meses
- Pagamento: Parcela única em até 10 dias úteis da assinatura do contrato
Para efeitos de regulamentação do programa, os documentos válidos são somente os em português, sendo as suas versões em inglês documentos complementares para consulta.

Objectives of this notice: Promoting the city of São Paulo based on selection and non-exclusive financial support of proposals for production and filming in the municipality of São Paulo/SP or which make reference to the city in their narratives, in the form of Cash Rebate and Prize.

Module 1 - INTERNATIONAL PRODUCTIONS FILMED IN SÃO PAULO
- Cash Rebate of 20% to 30%
- Feature films (fiction or animation) and series (fiction or animation or reality shows with themes linked to creative economy with at least 150min)
- Minimum spending of R$ 2 million in São Paulo
- Delivery deadline: 24 months (36 months for animation)
- Payment in 3 instalments, including advance payment, or in a single instalment.
Module 2 - BRAZILIAN PRODUCTIONS FILMED IN SÃO PAULO WITH GREAT INTERNATIONAL POTENTIAL (item 3.2.II)
- Cash Rebate of 20% to 30%
- Feature films (fiction or animation) and series (fiction or animation or reality shows with themes linked to creative economy with at least 150min)
- Minimum spending of R$ 1 million in São Paulo
- Delivery deadline: 24 months (36 months for animation)
- Payment in 3 instalments, including advance payment, or in a single instalment.
Module 3 - FOREIGN ADVERTISING CAMPAIGNS FILMED IN SÃO PAULO
- Cash Rebate of 20% to 30%
- Advertisement Productions
- Minimum spending of R$ 2 million in São Paulo
- Delivery deadline: up to 6 months
- Payment: Single instalment after exhibition of the project
Module 4 - INTERNATIONAL PRODUCTIONS WITH SCREENPLAYS THAT INCLUDE SÃO PAULO IN THE NARRATIVE AND / OR A CHARACTER FROM SÃO PAULO
- Fixed amount prize of R$ 500,000.00
- Feature films (fiction or animation) and series (fiction or animation or reality shows with themes linked to creative economy with at least 150min)
- Filming in São Paulo is not mandatory
- Delivery deadline: up to 36 months
- Payment: Single installment after exhibition of the project
Module 5 – PROSPECTION of locations for FOREIGN PRODUCTION COMPANY representatives who intend to shoot in São Paulo
- Financial support for expenses with travel to São Paulo, fixed amount of R$ 15,000.00
- Feature films (fiction or animation) and series (fiction or animation or reality shows with themes linked to creative economy with at least 150min)
- Delivery deadline: up to 3 months
- Payment: Single installment in up to 10 workdays counting from the signing of the contract
For program regulation purposes, valid documents are only those in Portuguese, and their English versions are complementary documents for consultation.
